How the biweekly mortgage works.

When you enroll in the biweekly mortgage program you will pay the equivalent of 1/2 of your mortgage payment every two weeks. This equals 26 half mortgage payments or 13 full mortgage payments over the course of a year. This allows us to apply 2 half payments each year directly to your principal balance. Because or biweekly mortgage program pays your mortgage balance down much faster you will save thousands of dollars in interest payments and have your mortgage paid off years early.
